TO MAKE :
1 Teaspoon (4g) Turmeric Latte
1 Cup (250ml) Milk
- Combine mix with 1/4 of your milk in a small pan. Heat over a low heat, whisking to combine.
- Add remainder of the milk & continue to stir.
- Pour into your mug and serve.
May also be added to black tea and smoothies.
