Purple Wombok is slightly sweeter than the green-leafed ones. Its brilliant burgundy-purple color (anthocyanin compound) is well presented on the inner sides of thin leaves closely wrapped in shape. Predominantly used raw in salads, this cabbage is a powerful antioxidant.
