Green Wombok
Wombok is also known as Chinese cabbage and has a mild sweet flavour. An oval-shaped cabbage with quite thin pale green leaves and thick white ribs. Wombok can be shredded and used in salads steamed stir-fried or used to make cabbage rolls. Excellent source vitamin C and dietary fibre.

- Steaming
- Soups
