Australia is renowned as the first country to have grown Cripps Pink and the owner of the Pink Lady brand. It’s a great tasting apple with a distinctive pink coloring, fizzy flavor and mouth-watering crunch. A study undertaken by the University of Western Australia and the Department of Agriculture and Food found that Pink Lady apples had elevated levels of flavonoids, which are natural compounds, also called antioxidants.
